Amaravati: The TDP's social media wing, ITDP, today accused that illegal cases were previously filed against TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu and that documents related to these cases were burned in the compound of the Tadepalli SIT office. The ITDP disclosed that CID officer Raghu Ramireddy had ordered the burning of wrongful acts, fake evidence, and key documents, and shared a related video.
ITDP explained that the Tadepalli Palace is gripped by fear of defeat and resorted to harassing Chandrababu Naidu by filing illegal cases, now burning the documents related to those cases. The documents include those related to the Inner Ring Road case and papers belonging to the Heritage company. ITDP mentioned that with all surveys predicting their alliance's victory, CID officer Raghu Ramireddy took alert actions.
TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh responded strongly to this matter. "The AP CID, which should focus on criminal investigation, has turned into a Crime Involvement Department, as we have been saying all along, and today it has proven true. Some IPS officers in the state have abandoned their duty and transformed into JPS (Jagan Police Service)," he stated.
"A massive conspiracy was hatched with Jagan's orders to slander our family. CID DIG Raghu Ramireddy, against regulations, collected personal information without permissions. As the final moments of the Jagan government approach, they are burning documents to cover up their mistakes," Lokesh added.
He condemned the involvement of some IPS officers in such recklessness, marking a first in the country's history. "Do sins disappear if documents are burned? One must pay for violating the law and committing errors," Nara Lokesh warned.
