Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film ‘Daaku Maharaj’, directed by young filmmaker Bobby Kolli, is set to hit theaters on January 12, ahead of the Sankranti festival. With its songs, teaser, and posters already creating significant buzz, expectations for the film have soared among Nandamuri fans, who eagerly await its release.

In a significant move, the Andhra Pradesh government has approved an increase in ticket prices for the film. The authorities have issued official orders permitting the hike, along with approval for additional shows. A special benefit show has been authorized to be screened on January 12 at 4:00 AM, with ticket prices for the show fixed at ₹500 (inclusive of GST).

Additionally, the government has allowed five shows per day from the opening day until January 25. The revised ticket rates have been set at ₹135 for multiplexes and ₹110 for single-screen theaters.

Meanwhile, in the United States, the pre-release event of the film will be held today in Dallas under the aegis of Nandamuri fans. The film’s team, including lead actor Balakrishna, has already reached Dallas for the event, during which the trailer is also expected to be launched.
