Nara Lokesh Asks Workers to Escalate Issues Methodically, Not Emotionally
Minister Nara Lokesh issued important guidance to Telugu Desam Party (TDP) workers, urging them to function in a spirit of unity and coordination at all levels. In a direct message to grassroots workers, Nara Lokesh appealed to them to stay united within their villages and ensure seamless cooperation in party activities.
He stated, “Please remain united in your village. If work is not progressing at the village level, approach the mandal-level party leaders. If that does not help, then go to the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). If that still doesn’t resolve your issue, reach out to your in-charge minister. And if that too doesn’t work, go to the TDP Central Office in Mangalagiri and submit a petition.”
Emphasizing proactive involvement, Nara Lokesh said, “Things won’t move if you stay home. Please ask for what you need. If you have no personal issues, bring in others' concerns. Never feel discouraged.”
Addressing rumors and misinformation, Nara Lokesh added, “Get upset with the party like you would with your mother or father, but never forget the party that is like a mother. Please don’t believe what a third person says. Believe what you have heard live. Are people saying our MLA is working with the YSR Congress Party? That I am not giving time? That Chandrababu Naidu is not meeting anyone? Don’t believe such rumors. We are human too. We may make mistakes. Please speak up.”
Through a detailed note, Nara Lokesh outlined a step-by-step procedure for how party workers should escalate issues if they are not addressed at the grassroots level.
