Cops remain mute spectators when TRS leaders obstruct meeting: BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao

M. Raghunandan Rao, BJP MLA from Dubbaka, alleged on Friday that police remained mute spectators when local TRS leaders obstructed his meeting held at Gudikandula village in Toguta mandal in Siddipet district.

Speaking to the media, he said that he visited the village on the invitation of women. He accused of TRS activists for making an attempt to assault him but they did not dare because he was surrounded by the BJP functionaries. The MLA mentioned that local SI told him that either CI nor ACP are not willing to send additional security personnel for the meeting despite he making several requests.
