KCR staged maha dharna in Delhi to divert people’s attention: Bandi Sanjay
Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay on Monday slammed Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao for giving in writing to officials of the Central government in Delhi on October 24 that farmers will not sell boiled rice to Food Corporation of India (FCI).
Addressing a party meeting in Hyderabad, Sanjay has reiterated that the Centre is ready to purchase if paddy procured by the KCR government from farmers is converted into rice. “Farmers want the TRS government to procure paddy from them,” he stated. The BJP leader flayed the CM for staging maha dharna in Delhi. “The protest is to divert the attention of people from various issues,” he mentioned. He alleged that the ruling Telangana government is playing with the lives of farmers.
The BJP chief asked KCR as to why his government is not in a position to pay salaries to the employees. He came down heavily on the CM for collecting service charge from farmers for using free electricity.
