Emerge as an alternative to TRS, Chandrababu tells Telangana TDP leaders

Participating in a meeting with the Telangana TDP leaders at NTR Trust Bhavan in Hyderabad, former chief minister and TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu gave a call to party cadre to emerge as an alternative to the TRS in the state.
 
While admitting that the Telugu Desam became weak after formation of separate Telangana state, he exuded confidence of TDP bouncing back in a few years to come. In the meeting, it was decided to launch party membership drive in digital format in Telangana from April 22.
 
Speaking to the media after conclusion of the meeting, TDP national spokesperson Nannuri Narsireddy said that the party took a decision to give priority to youth by giving them key posts. “Chandrababu will hold meetings with the T-TDP leaders frequently for strengthening the party,” he mentioned. Narsiredy further said that the T-TDP will exert pressure on the TRS government by holding protests on people’s issues.
