KTR dares Centre to arrest him for saying ‘PM Modi is devotee of Godse’

In an exclusive interview, Minister for IT, Industries and Municipal Administration K. Taraka Rama Rao threw a challenge to the Central government to arrest him for saying ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a devotee of Nathuram Godse, and advocates teachings of Mahatma Gandhi.’ Godse had assassinated Gandhi.

KTR alleged that the Centre is using ED and CBI to target politicians of non-BJP parties. “Why the ED and CBI did not pursue the cases registered against CM Ramesh and Sujana Chowdary after joining BJP from the TDP,” he asked and added that not a single politician associated with the BJP in North India was arrested by the Central agencies.

To a question, Rao made it clear that he never aspired to become CM of Telangana after his father and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. “People of his Assembly constituency would not have made me MLA for four times if I was not capable as a politician,” he mentioned.
