Chandrababu cannot stop Vizag from becoming AP’s executive capital: Vijaya Sai

Visakhapatnam, April 25: YSRCP Rajya Sabha member V. Vijaya Sai Reddy on Monday said that TDP national president N. Chandraabu Naidu cannot stop Visakhapatnam from becoming administrative capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Talking to reporters here, the MP expressed surprise as to why Chandrababu is opposing three capitals for the state. “Chandrababu and his incapable son Nara Lokesh with a selfish motive want to benefit their family and community by keeping AP capital in Amaravati,” he slammed.

Vijaya Sai said that Chandrababu has to give an answer to people as to why he desires entire development to be concentrated in Amaravati and not north coastal Andhra. “The TDP chief is depending on other politician (Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan) to contest in 2024 elections as Chandrababu’s TDP had never won when contested alone,” he mentioned. The MP further said that the YSRCP will fight without poll tie-up in the ensuing general elections.
