Chandrababu directs TDP cadre to be ready for early Assembly elections

Amaravati, May 17: During a teleconference with the party leaders, TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu gave a call to cadre to be ready for early Assembly elections. He told the TDP functionaries that majority people are against the YSRCP rule.

“Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is also aware that he cannot run the government for long,” he said and alleged that social welfare schemes being implemented by the YSRCP government is a farce.

Chandrababu mentioned that the CM wants to go for early Assembly elections sensing opposition from all sections and communities of the society. “People, who have suffered under the rule of the YSRCP government, are pinning hopes on TDP,” he said.

The TDP chief directed party leaders and workers to visit every house in villages and towns and explain how the YSRCP government had collected taxes from them in the last three years. He further informed the TDP leaders to take up party membership drive.
