Chandrababu angry on YSRCP govt for ‘no approaching court’ clause in tender works

Amaravati, June 3: Leader of the Opposition N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday slammed the YSRCP government for asking contractors to bid for works if they are ready to accept a clause of ‘no approaching court’ in case of any delay in payments. 
 
Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s three-year rule has taken the state back 30 years, he alleged and said that new clause for contractors is reflection of inefficient rule of YSRCP. 
 
Chandrababu asked the Jagan government as to who gave them permission for incorporating clause in tender documents. He stated that no contractor will come forward to bid for tenders resulting lakhs of people losing their employment in construction and business sectors.
 
The TDP chief alleged that the ruling AP government has to clear Rs 1.5 lakh crore bills. “How can the YSRCP government built three capitals when it is not in a position to call tenders for Rs 13 crore works,” he asked.
