Suriya's birthday special... 'Akasham Nee Haddura' and 'Jai Bheem' in theatres

Chennai: Good news for the fans of Kollywood star hero Suriya. His films ‘Akasham Nee Haddura’ and ‘Jai Bheem’ are now releasing in theaters for fans. It is needless to say how much blockbuster success these two films, which were directly released digitally during the lockdown time, have achieved. ‘Akasham Nee Haddura’, directed by Sudha Kongara, became a milestone in Suriya's career.

And last year, another film 'Jai Bheem' starring Suriya was also released in OTT and received praise across the country. But now, these two movies are being released on the big screen. On the occasion of Surya's birthday on July 23, these films will be specially screened in theaters in Tamil Nadu from July 22 for two days. Along with this, many welfare programmes will be organised by Suriya's fans across Tamil Nadu.

Suriya, who carved a niche in acting in good cinema and commercial films, has proved his calibre yet again with ‘Akasham Nee Haddura’ and ‘Jai Bheem’ that he is an actor with par excellence. The films not only received critical acclaim but also became commercial success albeit on OTT.
