Slip of tongue: Minister Errabelli trolled for changing BRS to BSP

Hyderabad, October 6: Hours after Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) changed the name of the party to BRS from TRS to foray into national politics, his Cabinet colleague and Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao raked up controversy.
 
Dayakar participated in events related to Dasara festival at various places. In one of the programmes, the minister praised KCR for achieving statehood to Telangana. “Now, KCR changed to Bharat…,” Dayakar stopped speech and asked people to complete remaining part of the party name. One youngster shouted the name as BSP and another one BRS.
 
Continuing his speech, Dayakar stated that KCR launched BSP on the auspicious occasion of Dasara. He exuded confidence of KCR’s new party will excel in national politics. Netizens are trolling the minister on social media for changing the name of BRS to BSP. “Can’t even Dayakar remember newly announced party name by the CM,” another slammed.
