Revanth Reddy and Chiranjeevi Laud Bharat Ratna Honor for P.V. Narasimha Rao

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy welcomed the decision to award Bharat Ratna to P.V. Narasimha Rao, praising him for introducing economic reforms that set the country on a path of development. He expressed his congratulations on behalf of the people of Telangana to Rao's family for receiving India's highest civilian award. "It's a matter of pride that P.V. Narasimha Rao, a son of Telangana, a former Prime Minister, an economic genius, and a polyglot, has been awarded the Bharat Ratna. It's a joyous moment for all of us as children of Telangana. It's also delightful that former Prime Minister Charan Singh, L.K. Advani, Karpoori Thakur, and eminent agricultural scientist M.S. Swaminathan have been awarded the Bharat Ratna," Revanth Reddy tweeted.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi tweeted that it's a matter of pride for all Telugus that P.V. Narasimha Rao, a great politician who laid the foundation for India to become a strong economic power through revolutionary economic reforms, has been awarded the Bharat Ratna. He mentioned that not only Telugus but all Indians should rejoice in this. He also praised the recognition of M.S. Swaminathan, who led the Green Revolution in India, and Charan Singh, who worked for the welfare of farmers, with the Bharat Ratna, stating it's a moment of joy. "Greatness will never go unrecognized, and rewards will inevitably follow," he remarked, highlighting the significance of such achievements.
