ED Chargesheet Against Kavitha in Liquor Case Considered by Court
The Rouse Avenue CBI Special Court has taken into consideration the supplementary chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on May 10 against Kavitha and four others in the Delhi liquor case. The chargesheet details the involvement of Kavitha and the four others in the case. The court is scheduled to hear this chargesheet on June 3. Summons have been issued for all the accused to appear in court on that date. Consequently, ED officials will present Kavitha before the court on June 3.
