YCP’s Shocking Decision: Withdraws from MLC Elections
The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YCP) has made a surprising decision regarding the upcoming MLC elections. The party has decided not to participate in the MLC elections for graduates in the Krishna-Guntur and East Godavari-West Godavari constituencies. Former Minister Perni Nani announced this decision in a media briefing.
He stated that YCP is boycotting the graduate MLC elections, explaining that the elections do not appear to be conducted fairly. He claimed that conditions do not allow voters to come out and vote peacefully.
Perni Nani criticized the current government in Andhra Pradesh, stating that it is undemocratic and that law and order have deteriorated under the coalition administration. In light of these issues, YCP has resolved not to contest the MLC elections, he confirmed.
