Social Media Posts case: Raghava Reddy Appears Before Police

YS Avinash Reddy's personal assistant (PA), Raghava Reddy, appeared before the Kadapa Cybercrime Police for questioning. The investigation pertains to inappropriate social media posts targeting Sharmila, Vijayamma, and Sunitha, for which Varra Ravindra Reddy was previously interrogated by the police.

During his questioning, Varra Ravindra Reddy reportedly named Raghava Reddy, stating that he did not create the posts independently. He claimed that all the content originated from the office of YS Avinash Reddy and that he merely published the material provided to him. Based on this information, a case was filed against Raghava Reddy a month ago, and the police have been searching for him since then.

However, Raghava Reddy obtained a stay from the High Court preventing his arrest until December 12. Following this, he arrived in Pulivendula, where the police served him with a notice. The notice clarified that the police intended only to question him and would not arrest him. He was instructed to appear at the Kadapa Cybercrime Office, which he complied with.
