Shocking Incident on Mumbai Local Train: Naked Man Enters Women’s Compartment

A disturbing incident occurred aboard a Mumbai local train when a man entered the women’s compartment completely naked, causing panic among passengers. The incident took place on Tuesday at 4:11 PM when a train traveling from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus to Kalyan halted at Ghatkopar station.

As the train stopped, the man, devoid of any clothing, boarded directly into the women’s compartment, triggering shock and fear among passengers. Women aboard the train screamed and demanded that he get off immediately, but he refused. As tensions escalated, passengers shouted for the train to be stopped.

Hearing the commotion, a ticket inspector (TC) rushed to the scene and ordered the man to leave the compartment. Despite repeated warnings, the man remained defiant. Authorities ultimately forced him off the train at the next station.

A video of the incident quickly went viral on social media, sparking widespread concern over passenger safety on Mumbai's suburban railway network. Women’s rights organizations criticized railway authorities for security lapses and demanded a thorough investigation into the matter.

Preliminary investigations by railway officials revealed that the man was mentally unstable. He was subsequently provided with clothes and escorted out of the station, according to official sources.
