PV Sindhu’s Grand Wedding: Mehendi and Sangeet Mark Festivities

India’s celebrated badminton player, PV Sindhu, has commenced her wedding celebrations in Udaipur, Rajasthan. She is set to marry Venkata Datta Sai, the Executive Director of Posidex Technologies, today (Sunday) at the Raffles Star Hotel. Sindhu, Datta Sai, and their families arrived in Udaipur on Thursday to prepare for the grand occasion.

The wedding is an intimate event with only 140 guests in attendance, for whom 100 hotel rooms have reportedly been booked. As part of the celebrations, a Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony were held on Saturday, preceded by a photoshoot featuring the couple.

The event is expected to draw prominent figures from the sports, political, and film industries. The wedding arrangements have been designed to reflect Rajasthani culture and traditions while incorporating the elegance of South Indian rituals. Guests will experience the royal hospitality of Rajasthan alongside specially curated delicacies. The festivities will culminate with a reception in Hyderabad on Tuesday (December 24).

PV Sindhu personally extended invitations to several notable personalities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, among others from the fields of politics, cinema, sports, and business.
