Cinematographer Rathnavelu Shares Exciting Update on ‘RC 16’

Global star Ram Charan’s upcoming film, directed by Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame, has been generating buzz since its announcement. Recently, the movie began its regular shooting schedule in Mysuru, with the storyline reportedly set against a sports backdrop. This marks Ram Charan’s 16th film, temporarily titled RC 16.

Renowned cinematographer Rathnavelu, who is working on the project, shared an interesting update about the film. He revealed that the shooting is progressing rapidly in Mysuru and expressed his delight in collaborating with the team. Rathnavelu, who previously worked with Ram Charan on the blockbuster Rangasthalam, shared a picture from the shooting spot and expressed his happiness at reuniting with the actor.

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has been cast as the female lead opposite Ram Charan. This marks her second Telugu film, following her debut alongside Jr NTR in Devara movie. RC 16 is being jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Vriddhi Cinemas, and Sukumar Writings. Adding to the excitement, Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar plays a pivotal role in the film. Academy Award-winning composer A.R. Rahman is scoring the music for this highly anticipated project.
