Another Complaint Filed Against KTR with ACB

A fresh complaint has been lodged with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) against Telangana's former minister and BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). BC Political Joint Action Committee (JAC) President Yugandhar has alleged irregularities in the tendering process for the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and claimed KTR’s involvement in the alleged scam. Yugandhar has formally submitted a complaint to the ACB, urging a detailed investigation into the tender process and demanding appropriate action against KTR.

In addition to this, KTR is already facing another legal issue concerning the Formula E race held in Hyderabad. A case was previously registered regarding the event, and KTR had filed a quash petition seeking dismissal of the case. However, the Telangana High Court recently rejected his petition, allowing the investigation to proceed further.

Given these developments, the ACB is scheduled to question KTR on Thursday concerning the allegations raised. Yugandhar has emphasized the need for transparency and accountability, urging the authorities to thoroughly probe the matter and ensure justice is served.
