CM Chandrababu Criticizes Previous Five Years, Promises Development
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu participated in the NTR Bharosa pension distribution program in Gangadhara Nellore, Chittoor district. Addressing the public at the event, he emphasized his vision of bringing prosperity to the lives of the poor.
Chandrababu Naidu criticized the previous five years of governance, stating, “The destruction that took place over the last five years is beyond my understanding.” However, he acknowledged that the people recognized the situation and voted for the coalition government to bring change.
He highlighted the government's commitment to delivering pensions directly to households every month and reaffirmed his dedication to fulfilling all promises. He also announced plans to provide government services through mobile phones for enhanced accessibility.
Chandrababu Naidu further mentioned the modernization of agriculture through drones for fertilizer and pesticide application. He asserted that development, welfare, and good governance would bring significant improvements to the lives of the underprivileged. “We are constantly thinking about ways to generate wealth,” he added.
The Chief Minister stated that in just nine months under the coalition government, the state achieved a 12.9% growth rate. He emphasized the state’s collaboration with the central government, ensuring that projects receive matching grants for faster completion.
Discussing sanitation, Chandrababu Naidu stressed its importance in modern society. He mentioned ongoing efforts to improve hygiene in both rural and urban areas and assured that pothole repairs on roads would be completed within the next two months.
