Amaravati Foundation Ceremony: Chandrababu Thanks Modi, Calls It a New Dawn

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that this marks a new era for the state of Andhra Pradesh and Amaravati, emphasizing that hope has triumphed over darkness. His remarks followed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ceremonial foundation laying for key developmental works in Amaravati.
Chandrababu Naidu extended heartfelt thanks to the Prime Minister for accepting the state government's invitation and laying the foundation for the development of the people's capital. He expressed his appreciation, saying, “We sincerely thank the Prime Minister for visiting Amaravati and initiating the development of the capital city.”
He noted that the people of Andhra Pradesh had long aspired to have a capital of their own, had struggled for it, and had kept that dream alive over the years. Chandrababu Naidu added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s inspirational speech had reinvigorated their commitment to work even harder for the progress of the state.
The Chief Minister remarked that the continuous support from the central government had strengthened their confidence in realizing the capital city that the people have envisioned. “Amaravati is not merely a construction of concrete and steel—it stands as a towering symbol of the dreams and aspirations of the people of the state,” he said.
Chandrababu Naidu asserted that everyone will work together to bring those aspirations to life. He made these statements through a post on his official Twitter account.
