‘Operation Sindoor’ Was a Lesson to Those Who Wiped the Sindoor of Our Women: PM Modi

Following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation from Delhi, announcing that India had launched ‘Operation Sindoor’ in retaliation. He declared that after delivering a decisive blow to Pakistan through the military operation, he was coming forward to speak to the people of the country.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi revealed that terrorists in Pahalgam had asked for the victims' religion before shooting them dead in front of their family members. He said the entire nation was stunned by this horrific terrorist attack and that every heart in the country was burning with the flames of vengeance.
"The public, political parties, and all communities have come together to stand against terrorism. ‘Operation Sindoor’ was meant to teach a lesson to those who wiped the sindoor from the foreheads of Indian women," said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He further stated that the Indian Army’s combat capabilities had been on full display over the past four days. According to him, India struck with such unprecedented ferocity that it surpassed the terrorists' worst fears. He noted that India had carried out precise attacks using missiles and drones on terrorist camps. He specifically mentioned the strikes on key militant bases in Bahawalpur and Muridke, asserting that India had unleashed destruction on these strongholds.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the courage shown by the Indian forces during the operation. “Our country has demonstrated unparalleled bravery. The entire nation has now witnessed the capabilities of our intelligence agencies and our technological strength. The valour and heroism of the Indian armed forces will forever stand as a crown on the nation’s head,” he stated.
