KTR congratulates Konda Surekha... Here's why...!
Former minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) strongly responded to the reported comments made by Minister Konda Surekha, which have been circulating in the public domain, alleging that no work in Telangana is being done without ministers demanding commissions.

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), K. T. Rama Rao launched a scathing counterattack laced with sarcasm. Referring to Konda Surekha’s remarks, he stated, “Heartfelt congratulations to Konda Surekha for at least now revealing some truths.” He further alleged that the current Congress government in the state has turned into a “Commission Sarkar.”

Highlighting key accusations in his tweet, K. T. Rama Rao claimed, “It is now an open secret that the Congress government in Telangana is functioning as a 'Commission Sarkar.' In this government, to get a file signed, ministers and their associates are allegedly demanding a 30 percent commission.” He described the situation as extremely unfortunate.

K. T. Rama Rao recalled a past incident where certain contractors had staged a protest in the Secretariat concerning these commission-related issues. He remarked that the protest had brought to light the alleged involvement of ministers in commission scams within the government.

KTR challenges Surekha to name the ministers

In this context, K. T. Rama Rao issued a public appeal to Minister Konda Surekha. “You must disclose the names and details of those ministers who are taking commissions,” he demanded. While he reiterated his congratulations for speaking the truth, he urged her to reveal further specifics to substantiate the allegations.

Additionally, K. T. Rama Rao called upon senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to respond to the matter. “Will you order an inquiry into these serious allegations made by your own cabinet minister?” he asked, concluding his tweet with this pointed question.

The tweet has since become a hot topic of debate in political circles.
