Serious charges have been registered against Kakani Govardhan Reddy at the Podalakur Police Station in Nellore district. In addition, he has been accused of threatening local tribal residents who attempted to prevent the illegal mining activities. Police have listed Kakani Govardhan Reddy as Accused No. 4 (A4) in the case. Following the court’s remand order, arrangements are underway to transfer him to jail custody.

It is already known that Andhra Pradesh Police apprehended Kakani Govardhan Reddy in Bengaluru yesterday. Subsequently, he was brought to the Nellore District Police Training Centre this morning.
