TPCC chief Revanth warns Telangana Congress leaders
TPCC president Revanth Reddy warned of taking disciplinary action against the Telangana Congress leaders if they try to dent the image of the party with their statements. In a tweet, he stated that unity is strength for the Congress.
The Telangana Congress chief made it clear that he will not tolerate if any party leader speaks publicly against the Congress or criticises the party. “Apart from suspension, the leaders have to face criminal cases,” he warned.
Revanth has tagged his tweet to AICC general secretary K.C. Venugopal, AICC in-charge for Telangana Manickam Tagore, former TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy and CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka.
The tweet comes in the wake of Manickam Tagore reportedly expressed anger over K. Jana Reddy and V. Hanumantha Rao, senior Telangana Congress leaders, for coming late to the meeting which was held on Saturday. It is a clear indication that seniors will not be spared if they do as they like.
