Patel arrived Hyd for merger, now Amit Shah visited to divide Telangana: KTR
Rajanna-Sircilla, September 17: Minister for IT and Industries K. Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) on Saturday unfurled the national flag at the Collectorate here on the occasion of the National Integration Day.
Addressing a gathering, he said some forces for their selfish benefits are distorting the significance of September 17. “Telangana state should prosper with peace but not with violence,” he stated and made an appeal to people to be cautious with divisive forces. He indirectly criticised the remarks made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah while speaking at the Telangana Liberation Day celebrations held at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad today.
KTR mentioned that newly formed state of Telangana became a role model to other states within eight years. “Entire country is looking towards Telangana over rapid progress it made within short span of time,” he said and added that effective leadership of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) was responsible for completion of several projects including Kaleshwaram.
