Tirumala: CM Jagan opens TTD’s Rs 22 crore Parakamani building
Tirumala, September 28: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated Rs 22 crore Parakamani building constructed with latest technology located opposite Annaprasadam complex. Devotees can see counting of donations in the new building. Later, he also opened a new guest house constructed with donation of YSRCP MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy.
Earlier, the CM visited the temple and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara. TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy and EO AV Dharma Reddy have welcomed him. Jagan Reddy was accompanied by ministers Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy, Kottu Satyanarayana, K. Narayanaswamy, and Roja Selvamani; Tirupati MP Gurumoorthy, MLAs Karunakar Reddy and B Madhusudhan Reddy. Later, Vedic pundits offered ashirvachanam to the CM at Ranganayakula Mandapam.
On Monday evening, the CM presented silk clothes to presiding deity in Tirumala as part of annual Brahmotsavam. It is a tradition to present silk vastrams to Venkateswara every year on behalf of the state government. As a CM, Jagan Reddy presented silk clothes for fourth time.
