Visakhapatnam: A floating bridge has been made available to tourists at RK Beach in Visakhapatnam. The bridge, constructed with an investment of Rs. 1.6 crores by the Jagan government, was inaugurated on Sunday by Rajya Sabha member YV Subba Reddy and Minister Gudivada Amarnath.
Speaking on the occasion, MP YV Subba Reddy remarked that Visakhapatnam is a very peaceful city and predicted that the floating bridge would increase the number of tourists visiting the beach. He mentioned that Chief Minister Jagan is making efforts to develop various beaches across the state and hinted at an upcoming event to inaugurate the administrative capital in Visakhapatnam in the days ahead.
Visakhapatnam, with its beautiful beaches, attracts tourists from across the Telugu-speaking states. The addition of the floating bridge is expected to become a new attraction alongside Ramakrishna Beach, Kailasagiri, Thotlakonda, Dutch Cemeteries, Rushikonda Beach, and Bheemili Beach.
