Pawan Kalyan's Campaign Kickoff Date Set
With Assembly and Lok Sabha elections scheduled for May 13 in Andhra Pradesh, major parties are gearing up for campaigning. TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu has already initiated his campaign from Kuppam, and now, its ally Janasena is also ready to start. Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has fixed the date for the beginning of his election campaign.
The Janasena Party announced that Pawan Kalyan will participate in the election campaign across the state starting from March 30. Pawan Kalyan is set to kick off his campaign from the Pithapuram Assembly constituency, where he is contesting. After a meeting with key leaders of Janasena today, Pawan Kalyan made this decision.
Pawan Kalyan plans to conduct his election campaign in three phases, instructing his party leaders to schedule visits to the constituencies where Janasena is contesting. It is already known that Janasena, due to its alliance, is limited to contesting in 21 Assembly seats and 2 MP seats in these elections.
On the first day of his visit to Pithapuram, Pawan Kalyan will seek blessings at the Puruhutika Devi temple, a renowned power spot, and perform special rituals for his Varahi vehicle. He is also scheduled to visit a Datta Peetham later.
Initially, the party will conduct meetings in the Pithapuram constituency for three days. Pawan Kalyan is also expected to meet with leaders from alliance partners TDP and BJP. His Pithapuram tour schedule includes visits to the Bangaru Papa Dargah, meetings with Christian leaders, and interfaith prayers.
Furthermore, Pawan Kalyan is planning to celebrate the Ugadi festival this year in Pithapuram.
