Pithapuram: The fishermen of Pithapuram are showering immense admiration on Pawan Kalyan, the leader of the Jana sena party. They have shared a video stating, "That man (Pawan Kalyan) has a golden touch. Ever since he stepped on the seashore here, we've had a bounty of fish and prawns for three months. Everyone says the catch has increased since Pawan came." They recall how the actor-turned-politician has been likened to a godsend, with promises of voting for him in the forthcoming elections. The Jana Sena party has shared this video on its social media accounts.
The fishermen remembered Pawan Kalyan's visit during their difficult times, where he shared knowledge on how to worship the sea goddess, Gangamma. They recounted his visit to Srikakulam, where he observed rituals of offering milk, turmeric, and vermillion to the goddess and promised to perform similar rituals if he wins.
The fishermen eagerly await his return, believing his presence brings prosperity to their community. They expressed disinterest in voting for the YSRCP candidate, Vanga Geetha, criticizing her for neglecting them and failing to address their concerns.
