Former Chief Minister of Telangana and President of the BRS party, KCR, opened his Twitter account after some time to level criticisms at the Congress government. During a meal at former minister Srinivas Goud’s house in Mahbubnagar, he noted that there were two power cuts. Subsequently, he posted three tweets.
In his first tweet, he extended greetings to leaders, party workers, supporters, and the people of Telangana on the occasion of BRS Party's founding day.
In his second tweet, he congratulated the leaders and workers on the successful bus tour campaign, encouraging them to continue the momentum and aim for a significant victory in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
In his third tweet, KCR criticized the Congress-led state government. He described his experience of power cuts while dining with Mahbubnagar MP candidate Manne Srinivas Reddy, and former MLAs at Srinivas Goud’s residence. He used this incident to highlight broader issues, stating, "Just an hour ago, while having a meal, the power went out twice. The Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister keep claiming that there are no power cuts. Former assembly members present with me mentioned that in their constituencies, power goes out as many as ten times a day. What better example could there be of the failure of the Congress government's administration? It's something the people and intellectuals of the state should ponder."
