Warangal Airport to Be Prioritized: Ram Mohan Naidu Assures Revanth Reddy

Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu assured Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy that the faster the land acquisition is completed, the sooner airport construction projects will commence. During his visit to Delhi, the Chief Minister met the Union Minister today to discuss various aviation-related projects in the state.

The Chief Minister highlighted locations suitable for airport construction and urged for the swift completion of Warangal Airport.

In response, the Union Minister emphasized that faster land acquisition would enable quicker airport construction. The Chief Minister also requested the establishment of airports in Bhadrachalam (Bhadradri Kothagudem), Peddapalli, and Adilabad regions, to which the Minister assured a review of the possibilities.

Equal Development for Telugu States
Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu mentioned that several locations for airport construction were discussed with CM Revanth Reddy, with a special focus on completing the Warangal Airport at the earliest. As a Telugu person, he stated his commitment to equally supporting both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, ensuring the development of aviation infrastructure wherever needed. He added that both states would be developed equally, and appreciated CM Revanth Reddy's sincere efforts for Telangana’s progress.
