In a significant development, Telangana Police recovered vehicles belonging to Satish Kumar from Sangareddy, Telangana, which had been under the control of YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leaders in Pulivendula, YSR district, Andhra Pradesh. These cars were reportedly being used by the leaders for nearly three years.

The cars, six in total, were originally taken on a rental contract under the pretext of being used for Pulivendula Medical College. However, Satish Kumar claimed that after handing over the vehicles, he lost contact with the YSRCP leaders who had taken them. Upon tracking the vehicles using GPS, he discovered they were located in Vempalle, Pulivendula. When Satish Kumar approached the leaders to retrieve his vehicles, he alleged that he was detained and assaulted in Idupulapaya. Following the incident, he filed a complaint with the local police in 2021.

The case saw progress after the formation of the coalition government in Andhra Pradesh. With assistance from the Kadapa district police, Telangana Police conducted a four-day search in Pulivendula and Vempalle, successfully locating and recovering the vehicles. The cars were subsequently handed over to Satish Kumar.
