KCR Not Stepping Forward to Offer Suggestions: Revanth Reddy
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticized BRS Chief KCR for not stepping forward to share his experience and suggestions. Speaking at a public meeting in Peddapalli as part of the "Praja Palana Vijayotsavam" celebrations, Revanth Reddy urged the former Chief Minister KCR to attend the legislative assembly and share his knowledge with the people of Telangana. Mocking KCR, he challenged him to demonstrate how to earn ₹1 crore from a single acre of land. He remarked that KCR's education and the secrets behind his claims remain a mystery to this day.
Revanth Reddy criticized the BRS, stating that they were in power for 10 years, yet within just 10 months of Congress coming to power, BRS leaders were urging Congress to step down. He clarified that the people had elected Congress to govern for five years and questioned why the opposition was disturbed by their good governance. Highlighting developmental works, he mentioned that the Congress government had established a bus depot in Peddapalli and promised to bring an airport to Ramagundam.
He appealed to the public to compare the 10-year BRS rule with the one-year Congress governance. Revanth Reddy alleged that the opposition was spreading false propaganda against the Congress government and called on people to reject such malicious campaigns. He reminded everyone that Telangana was achieved for water, funds, and employment and stated that in their first year of governance, Congress had created 55,000 jobs. He questioned whether Prime Minister Modi or KCR had achieved a similar feat in a single year of their tenure.
Revanth Reddy also challenged KCR, who claims to have read 80,000 books, to share his experience and wisdom with the public by attending assemblies. He questioned why KCR, KTR, and Harish Rao were not participating in the BC caste census and demanded an explanation if they opposed it. He urged the government to collaborate on initiatives like the caste census and emphasized that society should boycott those who refuse to participate in this effort.
