The second Test match between India and Australia, part of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, is scheduled to begin in Adelaide on Friday. However, an unpleasant incident disrupted Team India's preparations on Tuesday during their practice session at the Adelaide Stadium.

Reports indicate that around 3,000 fans gathered near the Indian practice nets, leading to significant disruptions. Some fans taunted the players, engaged in body shaming, and used offensive language. This unruly behavior forced the Indian team to cancel their practice session midway.

In contrast, the Australian practice session saw only about 70 fans in attendance. A BCCI official, speaking about the incident, stated that no one had anticipated such a large turnout of fans for Team India's practice.

Witnesses reported that certain fans persistently urged players like Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant to hit sixes during the session. Others made inappropriate remarks about a player's fitness, while some live-streamed the session on Facebook.
