Minister Nara Lokesh's initiative, Praja Darbar, has completed 50 days, serving as a platform to address public grievances and provide relief. Lokesh, with his commitment to resolving the challenges of the common man, has positioned the Praja Darbar as a bridge between the public and government administration, offering solutions to long-pending issues and providing a sense of assurance to distressed citizens.

Resolving Public Grievances
Since its inception, the Praja Darbar has addressed 75% of the petitions it received. Of the 5,810 petitions submitted by the public, 4,400 have been resolved, while 1,410 are under review. The grievances primarily pertained to the revenue and home departments, followed by issues related to health, panchayat raj, municipal administration, and human resources. Key statistics include:

Land Disputes: Of 1,585 petitions, 1,170 were resolved, while 415 are pending.
Home Department: 1,276 petitions were filed, with 1,158 resolved and 118 under process.
Employment Requests: Of 800 applications, 347 were provided job or livelihood opportunities, with efforts underway for the remaining cases.
Pension Applications: 350 requests were submitted and are being processed.

Lokesh's proactive measures have garnered public appreciation. Notable cases include:

Land Encroachment in Gangavaram Village: A farmer's complaint about encroachment of his assigned land was resolved by officials under Lokesh’s direction, restoring the land to its rightful owner.
Birth Certificate Correction in Cherukupalli: A family’s struggle to correct errors in their child’s birth certificate was addressed, providing a swift resolution.
Emergency Medical Aid in Prakasam District: Lokesh facilitated financial aid of ₹5 lakhs through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to save a pregnant lecturer injured in a road accident.

Social Media and Direct Engagement
Lokesh has utilized social media platforms effectively to connect with the public, addressing grievances that reach him online. He personally interacts with citizens at his residence in Undavalli, meeting visitors as early as 8 AM. His open-door policy contrasts starkly with past administrations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for those seeking solutions.

Support for Gulf Victims
Lokesh extended his assistance to migrant workers trapped in Gulf countries under harsh conditions. He intervened to rescue 21 individuals, ensuring their safe return to Andhra Pradesh and providing hope to their families.

Efforts for Timely Resolutions
To expedite issue resolution, Lokesh has established a dedicated task force and coordinates with various departmental officials. He monitors progress, discusses concerns with ministers, and ensures grievances are addressed in cabinet meetings.
