Congress Marks One Year in Power: CM Revanth Reddy’s Intriguing Tweet
The Congress government in Telangana has completed its first year in office. On this occasion, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy shared a heartfelt and reflective post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
In his post, CM Revanth Reddy wrote about the journey and responsibilities of leading the state, blending reflections on sacrifices, aspirations, and dreams that shaped Telangana’s formation. He emphasized the honor of carrying forward the legacy entrusted to him on December 7, 2023.
“Telangana was handed to me with pride as its legacy, a culmination of struggles, movements, sacrifices, aspirations, and ideals. From that moment, I have committed myself as a public servant, a worker for the welfare of the people, with the utmost goal of prioritizing the dignity of our state and the welfare of all.
With the support of colleagues and encouragement from citizens, I have faced criticisms, resisted hatred, and worked tirelessly to uplift democracy. Telangana’s aspirations drive me to lead four crore dreams towards greatness, with the spirit of this land inspiring me to march forward without rest or pause. This first year of public governance has been deeply satisfying, and fulfilling the collective aspirations of the people remains my ultimate goal,” he wrote.
