Several areas in Mahbubnagar district of Telangana experienced mild tremors on Saturday. According to officials, the earthquake registered a magnitude of 3.0 on the Richter scale. The tremors were felt at 12:15 PM, with Dasarapalle village in Kaukuntla Mandal identified as the epicenter.
The sudden shaking of the ground caused panic among residents, prompting many to rush out of their homes.
This incident comes shortly after a significant earthquake was reported in Medaram, Mulugu district. The earthquake in that region had a magnitude of 5.03 on the Richter scale. The tremors from the epicenter were felt within a 225-kilometer radius, causing widespread concern among locals.
