Union Minister Kishan Reddy has expressed concerns over an impending financial crisis in Telangana, blaming the Congress government's policies. Speaking at a BJP rally held at Saroor Nagar Stadium, he criticized the Congress for failing to fulfill its election promises even after one year in power.

Kishan Reddy alleged that the Congress government, which came to power with unrealistic promises, has not implemented a single major assurance. He highlighted key unfulfilled promises such as farm loan waivers, one-tola gold for women, and unemployment benefits.

He claimed that the state’s financial condition is so precarious that even paying salaries to government employees has become difficult. To protest against what he termed as "anti-people governance," the BJP has launched campaigns under the banner “6 Lies, 66 Frauds.”
