Tirupati Stampede: Government Launches Probe, Minister Anitha Vows Strict Action

In response to the recent stampede incident in Tirupati, a team of Andhra Pradesh ministers visited the families of the deceased this afternoon to offer condolences. The ministers assured the victims’ families that the government will provide full support during this difficult time.

Speaking on the occasion, Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Anitha made critical remarks regarding the nature of the incident. "We are investigating whether the Tirupati incident was an accident or if there is a conspiracy angle involved," she stated.

The minister further mentioned that an analysis of CCTV footage is underway to determine the circumstances leading to the stampede and to identify any possible lapses. She emphasized that those responsible for the incident, regardless of their position or influence, would face strict action.
