Arvind Kejriwal’s Car Stoned During Campaign, BJP and AAP Trade Blame
Arvind Kejriwal, former Chief Minister of Delhi and leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), was reportedly targeted in a stone-pelting incident during an election campaign event today. Unidentified individuals allegedly hurled stones at Kejriwal’s vehicle. In response, the Aam Aadmi Party strongly condemned the attack, accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of orchestrating it out of fear of electoral defeat.

AAP leaders alleged that BJP is becoming increasingly anxious as the elections approach, claiming the attack was an attempt to disrupt Kejriwal’s campaign. They further stated that certain BJP-affiliated individuals were involved in the stone-pelting incident and emphasized that such actions would not intimidate their party. AAP also released a video of the attack, asserting that voters would teach the BJP a lesson in the upcoming elections.

BJP leaders, on the other hand, refuted the allegations and issued a counterclaim. BJP leader Parvesh Verma stated that Kejriwal’s convoy had hit two individuals, who were subsequently hospitalized. He criticized Kejriwal for allegedly prioritizing political gains over public safety and announced that he would be visiting the injured individuals in the hospital.
