Chennai Devotee Donates ₹6 Crores to TTD
A Chennai-based devotee, Vardhaman Jain, has made a generous donation of ₹6 crores to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). Known as the presiding deity of the Kali Yuga and the fulfiller of devotees' wishes, Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala continues to inspire acts of devotion. Out of the total donation, ₹5 crores were allocated to the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC), and ₹1 crore was contributed to the Sri Venkateswara Go Samrakshana Trust, which supports cattle protection. Vardhaman Jain handed over the donation cheques to TTD Additional Executive Officer Venkayya Chowdary.
