Hyderabad to Get New ₹450 Crore IT Park by Singapore’s Capital Land
In a significant development for Hyderabad's IT sector, Singapore-based Capital Land has announced plans to establish a new IT park in the city at an estimated investment of ₹450 crore. The state-of-the-art facility will span approximately 1 million square feet and feature advanced infrastructure. The decision was revealed during a high-level meeting held in Singapore on Sunday with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and other senior officials.

Capital Land already has a strong presence in Hyderabad with facilities such as the International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), Avance Hyderabad, and Cyber Pearl. The company is also set to operationalize a 25 MW IT load data center later this year. Furthermore, the second phase of ITPH, which began earlier this year, is expected to be completed by 2028.

The announcement was part of the Telangana Rising delegation's three-day visit to Singapore, led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, along with IT and Industries Minister Sridhar Babu and other officials. Following the successful completion of their visit, the delegation has departed for Davos, Switzerland, to attend the World Economic Forum.

In another major development, Singapore-based Telemedia Global Center is set to establish an advanced AI-powered data center in Hyderabad’s FutureCity with an investment of ₹3,500 crore. Additionally, the Singapore Institute of Technical Education (ITE) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Telangana to establish a skill university.
