This intimate ceremony was attended by close family and friends, remaining undisclosed until Neeraj announced it on social media two days later, surprising his fans.
Himani More, reportedly a tennis player from Larsouli village in Haryana's Sonipat district, is currently pursuing her education in the United States. According to Neeraj’s cousin, Surendra Chopra, the couple first met in the U.S., where their acquaintance blossomed into love. Their families approved of the relationship, and the decision to marry was finalized two months ago. The wedding celebrations spanned from January 14 to 16 in Simla.
Neeraj Chopra, who etched his name in history by winning a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, later added a silver medal to his achievements at last year’s Paris Olympics.
