AP FiberNet Controversy: G.V. Reddy Resigns, MD Dinesh Kumar Transferred

In a significant political development in Andhra Pradesh, G.V. Reddy has resigned from his position as the Chairman of AP FiberNet. Along with this, he has also stepped down from the primary membership of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and his role as the party’s national official spokesperson. He has submitted his resignation letter to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, and the coalition government has accepted his resignation from the FiberNet Chairman post.
Meanwhile, a report on the ongoing controversy surrounding AP FiberNet has reached the Chief Minister. In a related move, Chandrababu Naidu has ordered the transfer of AP FiberNet Managing Director Dinesh Kumar. He has been directed to report to the General Administration Department (GAD).
These two decisions are seen as strong indications that both the party and the government are prioritizing discipline.
