Pawan Kalyan’s Palle Panduga Initiative Earns Chandrababu Naidu’s Praise

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu addressed the Assembly, emphasizing the importance of the Swachh Andhra Pradesh initiative. He stated that the program is being implemented as a prestigious effort and that every third Saturday has been designated for this campaign. He also announced that awards would be given to the cleanest constituencies in the state.

During his speech, Chandrababu Naidu praised Panchayati Raj Minister Pawan Kalyan, stating, “Today, I wholeheartedly appreciate Minister Pawan Kalyan. The reason is that under the Palle Panduga initiative, general body meetings were conducted in all panchayats across the state on a single day, and funds for all projects were sanctioned within that day. This remarkable achievement belongs solely to Andhra Pradesh. Although similar programs existed in the past, they were conducted sporadically. However, Pawan Kalyan has led this initiative in a grand manner, setting an inspiring example for everyone.”

He further noted that in the past, Finance Commission funds had been diverted, but Pawan Kalyan took the responsibility of repaying them and securing the second installment of funds. Chandrababu Naidu credited him for strengthening the Panchayati Raj Department and acknowledged the progress being made. However, he expressed some dissatisfaction regarding the condition of roads, stating, “Everything is going well, but there is still some concern about roads. It seems like he is contemplating the best approach. That’s okay… where there is determination, there is a way. Let us work together to achieve our goals.”
