Playback Singer Kalpana on Ventilator Support After Suicide Attempt; Celebrities Visit Hospital

Renowned playback singer Kalpana is currently receiving treatment on ventilator support at a private hospital in Hyderabad after attempting suicide. Several celebrities from the film and music industry, including singers Srikrishna, Sunitha, Geetha Madhuri, and Karunya, visited the hospital to check on her condition and inquired with doctors about her health status.

Kalpana, who resides in Nizampet, Hyderabad, reportedly attempted suicide by consuming sleeping pills. Upon receiving information, the police rushed to her apartment, broke open the door, and rescued her. However, the reasons behind her suicide attempt remain unknown.

Following the incident, Kalpana’s husband, Prasad, arrived in Hyderabad, and police are currently questioning him as part of their investigation.
