"Countdown for Congress Has Begun": Bandi Sanjay
Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar stated that many people had worked hard for Anji Reddy's victory. He highlighted that BJP had won both the Graduate and Teachers' MLC elections in the region, calling it a significant achievement. He noted that under Kishan Reddy’s leadership, this marked BJP’s fourth major success in Telangana, following victories in the Assembly elections with eight MLAs, the Lok Sabha elections with eight MPs, and now the Teachers' and Graduate MLC elections.

Bandi Sanjay Kumar alleged that the Congress government in Telangana had failed to fulfill its promises. He criticized Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leaders for their past allegations against EVMs, pointing out that the BJP had now won an election conducted through the ballot system. "The countdown for the Congress government in Telangana has begun," he asserted.

He further stated that the people of Telangana were looking towards the BJP for change and expressed confidence that the party would secure victories in the upcoming local body elections. He accused the Congress government of failing to implement its six guarantees, fill government job vacancies, and fulfill promises made to farmers.

Following Anji Reddy's victory, BJP supporters celebrated at Ambedkar Chowrasta in Karimnagar. Upon his arrival, party workers welcomed Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Anji Reddy. Enthusiastic supporters carried them on their shoulders in a grand procession.
