Gorantla Madhav Questioned by Police, Hits Out at Chandrababu Naidu
Former YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MP Gorantla Madhav was questioned by the Vijayawada Cyber Crime Police in a case related to the alleged disclosure of the names of victims in a POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) case. The interrogation concluded a short while ago, and the police have issued him another notice.

Speaking to the media after the inquiry, Gorantla Madhav strongly criticized Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and the coalition government. He alleged that false cases were being filed against YSRCP leaders and party workers. "If they think they can stop our leader Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy by filing cases, it's like trying to stop the sun from rising," he said.

Gorantla Madhav further claimed that Chandrababu Naidu's governance reminded him of the Emergency period during former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s rule. He accused the government of suppressing freedom of expression and asserted that YSRCP leaders and workers would not be intimidated by false cases or threats.

He confirmed that the police had issued him another notice and stated that he had assured them of his cooperation in the investigation.
